Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our Fishtail representative and driver will meet you at the Tribhuvan International Airport and escort you to your designated hotel. The representative will help you to check into your hotel. In the hotel, you will be briefed about your daily activities during the tour. Later in the afternoon, you will proceed for city sightseeing tour to two of the famous UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Swoyambhunath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Swoyambhunath stupa is known as monkey temple and is an oldest Buddhist stupa situated on a hillock overlooking Kathmandu valley and eastern Himalayan ranges. Kathmandu Durbar Square houses Kumari temple (Temple of living Goddess, old palaces, Kasthamandap temple, and several other arts and architecture. In the evening you will observe Nepalese cultural program followed by dinner. Overnight in hotel.
After breakfast you will proceed for sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath Temple and Bouddhanath Stupa (both are protected by UNESCO as world heritage sites). Pashupatinath temple is the oldest and most sacred Hindu temple of the world situated in the bank of Holy Bagmati River. Bouddhanath Stupa is one of the biggest and oldest stupa of the world. From here you will proceed to Nagarkot(32 KM/1 hr) and en-route you will visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square which was founded in 889 AD and lies 13 km east of Kathmandu.The old palace square of Bhaktapur contains famous "Fifty-five windows palace".It was the royal palace of Malla kings then. The golden gate in this square is the unique master piece of the Newari art work. This old square is like an open museum of Hindu temples. The other famous sites to explore are the ancient royal bath, the courtyard of Taleju shrine; the museum of art and history, the pottery square, the majestic Nyatapola temple, the famous Peacock window and the Dattatraya temple. Upon arrival in Nagarkot, you can enjoy the view of sunset over eastern Himalayan ranges. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
After breakfast you will be driven to Pokhara (250KM / 7 hrs) observing the scenic views on the national highway along the Trishuli River. After checking into the hotel in Pokhara, you can go evening walk around the tourist area of Lake Side and enjoy the view of western Himalayan ranges including Mount Fishtail. Overnight in hotel.
In the early morning you will proceed for sunrise view at Sarangkot Hill. After breakfast you will proceed for city sightseeing covering Seti gorge, International Mountain Museum, Devi’s fall also known as Patale Chhango, Tibetan refugee camp and Fewa Lake. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant or in your hotel. At the end of the tour, you will proceed for one hour boat ride at Fewa Lake. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
After breakfast you will be driven back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu and after checking into the hotel, rest of the day available for leisurely and personal activities like shopping at different super market & departmental stores, etc. You can also explore the tourist hub “Thamel”. Overnight in hotel.
You will have breakfast first in hotel, after breakfast you will drive to Tribhuvan international airport and after that we will drop you to the airport. Take the flight and back to home with lovely memories.
